To ensure accurate design, safety, and efficiency, please review the following requirements before submitting your playground project:
1. Location Photos
All customer design requests must be accompanied by real photos of the installation site. These images help our designers clearly understand the space and create a playground that fits perfectly.
2.Clearance from Walls
If you provide your own floor plan layout, please leave at least18 inches of clearancefrom all walls.
3. EVA Soft Play Mats
EVA soft play mats are included in theplayground area only(unless otherwise specified). If you would like additional mats in other areas of your location, please let us know in advance.
4. Playground Heights
Our standard height for each playground level is provided in the design proposal. If you prefer a different height, please inform us so adjustments can be made.
5. Logo Submission
If you would like yourlogo integratedinto the playground design, please provide the file inAI format .
6.Design Information
The more detailed information you provide about your desired design, the fewerrevisionswill be needed, ensuring faster completion of the project.
