Steel Pipe

48mm diameter galvanized steel pipe, in compliance with the international GB/T244-97 standard
Specification: 48 round tube, with wall thicknesses of 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, and 2.5mm.
1. The standard grid size of the steel frame is 1220X1220 (from column to column); The half grid size is 1220X610 (from column to column)
2. Both standard triangular platforms and circular platforms are based on the size of the entire or half grid.
3. Steel frame height: The height of one floor is three fixed dimensions of 1.5 meters, 1.8 meters, and 2.0 meters; Fixed dimensions for second floor and above are 1.3 meters, 1.5 meters, and 1.8 meters.
4. The height of the topmost layer can be adjusted by reserving 0.15 meters or 0.2 meters of installation space based on the site height.

Connecting Components

Platform

The Plate must be rounded so that there are no gaps between it and the pipe.The interior is made of 18mm multi-layer plywood, with a middle layer of high-density pearl cotton (compliant with GB 6675-2003 standards). The outer layer is covered with PVC leather. It is wear-resistant, strong, easy to clean, and has excellent safety performance. Plywood specifications: 15mm plywood, 12mm plywood, 9mm plywood, and 5mm plywood

PVC Foam Pipe

High density foam EVA sponge, thickness ≥ 15mm, covered with shiny leather, easy to clean, bright colors, not easily damaged, good flame retardancy

EVA Floor Mat

EVA material: environmentally friendly and non-toxic, soft in texture, elastic, with good cushioning, can effectively protect children from injury when they fall.

Cable Tie

Environmentally friendly plastic, length 40cm, thick and wider.
Specification 8 * 400mm, 100 pieces per pack, color matching according to the package color.

Soft Material

The interior is made of wood, wrapped with high-density pearl cotton (in compliance with GB6675-2003 standard), and the outer layer is covered with PVC leather/PU sofa leather

Safety Net

Made of high-strength nylon rope, machine-woven, compliant with GB/T3091-2001. Width: 3meters. The net should be tightened, aligned, and fixed in the frame center for safety and aesthetics.

Cable Tie

Cable ties must be evenly and properly distributed to maintain a neat and uniform appearance. When cutting cable ties, ensure the edges are trimmed smoothly with no sharp ends left, in order to prevent potential scratches or injuries to children.
